Gutter Cleaning

Spring cleaning is coming really quick. And like most people, you probably want to be outside in the fresh air, not spending it cleaning the house. One of those things that get overlooked, but can cause a world of troubles, is putting off getting your gutters cleaned. Seems pretty easy, get a ladder and a scooper, and a garden hose and get to work. But for a lot of people, fear of heights is an issue, don't have access to a tall enough ladder, or you just hate getting those grimy, moldy leaves all over you.

Like your teeth, by disregarding them you are asking for trouble down the road. From water cascading over the sides causing water to slowly leak into your basement, to your gutters giving away from under all of the weight it now has to burden. Your gutters are important to your houses' health. And we won't even mention the issues that can arise if you should fall.

Allegany Yardscapes would love the chance to help you out with this seemingly simple, but potentially dangerous issue by cleaning your gutters for you. We are set up to take on 2 story houses with our ladders. Anything above that, will require a lift (and that brings extra heavy costs - due to the rental charges of such machine lifts).


Our fee is based upon height (due to insurance) and length:

1 Story House: $1.00 per linear foot of the gutter, plus $25 service fee
2 Story House: $1.50 per linear foot of the gutter, plus $25 service fee.


The service fee covers removal of all gutter debris, plus cost of bags. If you are interested in this service, please schedule an appointment as soon as you can, for we do get full pretty fast.
